I purchased a theme and have had nothing but trouble with it, plus the theme author has been completely useless with support.

I can’t get my theme to appear the way it is supposed to on mobile devices. It appears fine in the author’s live demo but I can’t replicate this on my own site and the author can’t figure out or fix the problem. I don’t know enough about “min-width” etc to figure it out either.

My HTML knowledge is limited so there isn’t much I can try. The theme comes with a “Responsive” option but choosing ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ doesn’t change the mobile appearance. I’m desperate for some help and the official WordPress forums won’t help me because it’s a commercial theme.
