Help with IE6-only stylesheet. What has to change?

Hi
Not surprisingly, my stylesheet isn’t working correctly in IE6. I know how to use a conditional statement to load an alternate stylesheet for the 7.9% of my visitors who use IE6, but I have no idea what needs to be in this IE6-only stylesheet. Any suggestions to get me started would be greatly appreciated. The page in question, which is part of a frameset, is at:
