    I would drop the XHTML & CSS badges. While it is good to be valid most client’s don’t care and they aren’t very nice to look at. I do like the site though. I wonder if you should add some sort of effect to the date stamp on the posts. The background image looks a bit flat. I love the logo at the top. How about using the ‘head’ image for the favicon? I think that would be more dynamic and recongizable than what you currently have.

    maybe some sort of subtle bevel and emboss. I am sure you’ll come up with something awesome.
