Featured Content Slider – problem with IE

  • # December 7, 2009 at 12:21 am

    Hi everyone,
I’m Kanat B., first time on this forum.

Today, I found Featured Content Slider from this site, and installed it. Thanks a lot to the author.
Everything worked fine and was easy to instal. But one problem

http://tester.ucoz.com/index.html – Everything works perfect on every browser.
http://tester.ucoz.com – Works on every browser but IE.

So, can you guys help to solve this problem?

    * Note that http://s34.ucoz.net/src/u.js is the jquery library file. nothing wrong with this.
and please don’t tell me to put the script files in the <head>, unfortunetly i can’t do that.

    thank y’all!

why can’t you put the script in the head section where it’s suppose to go?

i have IE8, and it is not working here: http://tester.ucoz.com

because, all the scripts won’t work if i don’t put them after u.js. and u.js stays right before the </head>, the system puts it there. i can’t change it

but, the problem is: it is not working only on IE

If you have IE8 you can test in IE7 by pressing F12 and changing to IE7 mode – IE6, well that’s your choice, personally I wouldn’t bother anymore.

And it still works fine for me in both IE7 and IE8
