Hi all!
Well, it’s come down to that time. Here’s the old site: http://www.fairytalephotography.info Rather than tweaking it, I decided to scrap the whole thing and go with something different: http://www.racinewebworks.com/fairy I’d like your feedback and try to be honest but kind. Since this is a pro-bono endeavor, I didn’t want to spend $$ on pics and brushes, etc. (it probably shows, lol!) What can I change? What needs improving? What did I do right? Thnx. Also, we’re still not decided on the actual photography treatment (the "babies.html") webpage – we might go with a lightbox solution, so that’s still up in the air. Cheers!
there’s a huge improvement in your code, thats great. Concept is nice and overall your site looks good. Text-size is just a little too small and remember to give it a little space.
Thanks for looking it over. I’ll play with the font sizing tonight and try to add some padding. I’ve also been playing with the jQuery Flickr plugin, so that the client can upload her photos to Flickr and have the thumbnails dynamically generate on the website: http://www.racinewebworks.com/fairy/babies4.html That way she won’t bug me every time she wants to add a picture. :P
I love the site’s design, but as previously mentioned I would change the font size, maybe 1.5em? It will just aid your users in having a useful experience.
