    I would like to implement facebook and twitter sharing on my site. But I want to use icon fonts for share buttons rather than using the official fbook and twitter button generators. I’ve been searching for a while now on google and just cant find it.

    Any help is much appreciated–thanks!

    Thank you Daffy.

    I have an icon font already coded into the site and it is displaying perfectly.

    The only thing I need now is the script/code to link up the icon on my site to the facebook sharing/like service.

    I don’t think you can use the Facebook like button without their own widget. Sharing, however, is as simple as provided the user with a formatted URL that looks like this:

    https://www.facebook.com/sharer.php?u=URL
