    Hi there
    Am having an issue with disabled input field on IE8.
    Their rendering in IE8 is a somekind of white background effect and the font color of the value in disabled input fields are not quite readable whereas in firefox 3.6 it is ok.
    Am wondering if there is a way to product the same disable effect in ie8 as in firefox .

    i have passed inline style for the background color to look the same in both browser in the input field but the font color is not readable.
