    Hey I’m stuck at a crossroads in creating a css that pops out a text box when I hover over an image. I’ve pasted my code below with the css embedded. If you can tell me whats wrong and how to fix it, I would really appreciate it. Right now the borders are not double and as thick as they should be, and the text does not appear when I hover over it.
