Last few questions, then I’ll be off:

1. I have this lingering aftertaste that WordPress might be overkill. I then remembered I have bee using Webmatrix2/Visual Studio Express as my code editors and that webmatrix2 integrates nicely and, supposedly, easily with Databases using the ASP.net/Razor framework. What’s your take on ASP.net/RAzor?

2. Pardon my blatant ignorance, but how does ASP.net relate to PHP?
