    I am making a css scrollbar for a Google Chrome extension but it would seem that there is a distorted area between the scrollbar and the page content. Here is a screenshot of the distorted area: img828.imageshack.us/img828/3927/screenshot20120227at526.png
    and here is the code I am using, any help as to fixing this problem would be appreciated:
