changing dropdown menu to dropdown horizontal menu?

hi guys, i have a question

i have this wordpress theme

i like everything about it, but i don’t want a drop down menu.

instead i want menu to be like this
http://www.aearchitects.com

is this doable or too complicated? should just try finding a theme with dropdown horizontal menu? (i was unsuccessful.. i need full-width theme)

Without code it’s hard to comment but not really hard.

The general structure would be something like this.

This uses JS and a click but it’s s simple matter to make it a hover instead.
