Good day all,
I’ll be to the point;
I have recently gotten into Flexbox and am using it on a “experimental project” which has a fullscreen background and a div centered vertically and horizontally with flexbox.
The fullscreen image is set in CSS via ‘background: url();’ within the ‘body’.
My question is, and I can’t find anything on the topic besides going off’ flexbox; Is there a way to style the image with effects, such as blur, brightness, what-have-you, when it is set as a background:url();?
Also I should probably mention I am kind of a CSS purist when it comes to design, and I like to keep things as simple as possible and not over the top complicated with fixed positions, left and right 0’s.
But I will keep an open mind and am listening to any suggestions, so any help is appreciated!
With kind regards,
Fingerbib
