Home › Forums › JavaScript › AnythingSlider bugs in eBay
Hi, I have a problem with AnythingSlider in an ebay store. You can take a look here:http://stores.ebay.co.uk/dabsoutlet/pages/official-acer-outlet In IE9 (maybe all other versions also) when you click on an item and then click Back button, another banner appears on the place of the slider. Can you help me?
Thanks
I thought eBay didn’t let you use JavaScript?
There is a way to use JavaScript.
Hi @dahlia,
I don’t think that is an AnythingSlider issue as when I click the back button none of the AnythingSlider HTML exists, nor does the script. All I see in place of where it was is an iframe.
I’m not sure how the slider code is being added to the page since I don’t see it anywhere. Is this going against ebay’s policy?
No, it’ s not against ebay’s policy. That’s the strange thing that when at first the page is loaded the code is there, but when you go to another page and then go back, the code is replaced by another code.
