Anything Slider – Transition Effects on Navigation?

  • # February 18, 2013 at 12:17 am

I am creating a basic 1-page website using Anything Slider, automatically cycling through the content sections to give the appearance of multiple pages on the site.

I would like to add a fade-in / fade-out transition effect on the dynamically populated navigation. So that as the slide transitions in, the slide navigation tab also has a unique transition. I can only get the transition effects to work on the slide content.

Can this be done? Can someone point me in the right direction?

    Thanks!

    Hi mrslal!

I’m not quite picturing what you would like to do with the navigation tabs. Could you set up a basic demo of what you have now – try modifying [this demo](http://jsfiddle.net/Mottie/ycUB6/) – so I can better help?

And by the way, you know you don’t need to use the built-in navigation, you can add your own custom navigation. Check out [this demo](http://jsfiddle.net/Mottie/ycUB6/79/) to see how. Feel free to explore the other [navigation demos on the main wiki page](https://github.com/CSS-Tricks/AnythingSlider/wiki).
