Is it possible to delay the first slide until the images are loaded, at least for slides 1 & 2? I’ve found a number of preload scripts & CSS tricks, but they all seem to address loading images for subsequent pages or for hover navigation. Obviously I need to load up prior to a timed event.
The slider is on my home page (http://oommff.com/index.php). Loading seems to be most sensitive in Safari (on a G5 Mac :oops: ).
I’m not well versed in JavaScript, so I’m hoping for a simple or well explained snippet of code I could insert at the appropriate place.
