    Well, to look at this page on Wikipedia you’ll need to spam the escape key (today only) because of the SOPA protest. But essentially the apng format has been talked about for some time now.

    Off the top of my head, I can’t remember which browsers do/will support it, but you can check out http://caniuse.com/apng tomorrow when the site isn’t blacked out for SOPA as well =/

    Personally, I wouldn’t spend the money for a plugin to do it because there are free tools available to make them, so no need for javascript at all.

    I know what is apng, but it works only on firefox! Well I bought the plugin and a like it :-)

    damn. it’s just what i need right now. u guys have an idea of alternatives to something like APNG? my client’s customers are for sure mainly IE users.

    I know this is not the best solution but it is a solution that is cross-browser… GIFs :)
