additional fields for profile and register plugin in wordpress

I want plugin like this , which allow add custom fields for profile and register ,
I can do this through functions.php , but i want it more easiee through control panel which help non-programing users

Can you be more specific about what do you mean by profile and register? Like what exactly do you plan to store using the custom fields and why do you need a separate register mechanism other than the one you currently have (assuming you are running wordpress)?
