add wordpress setting_field dynamically

Hello fellow css-trickers, is there any way to add setting field dynamically in wordpress theme options?

For example, when I clicked the add more package, another sets of fields would be added. I only know how to fixed fields in theme options so developing this is a quite hard for me.

better create new table for your stuff. leave option for setting data only. easier that way
