Action or hook upon saving a custom options WordPress page?

Hi everyone,

I have a custom options page for WordPress that is used to define an announcement.

I would like to then email that announcement to email addresses defined on the options page.

I was wondering if there was a hook or action for when the options page is saved or if anyone has had similar experience with doing what I’ve described and could share their method?
