Changed the headline so maybe someone with PHP knowledge can help find the solution this is driving me crazy it seems like it should work but is causing a serious issue that if I can not resolve I will have to do a lot of extra work.

Anyone have any idea of a solution? Never ran into this with a html page, not sure where the problem lies and I really need a solution, maybe another way someone could recommend to accomplish the same thing. Thanks
