The problem with iMac and mbp is that here I must pay almost double the price, living in EU.

I will be using Photoshop to slice designs, and some very basic software like Sublime Text which I already know that it has a small resource footprint, maybe a local install of apache, mysql, php. So the requirements are not too big in my opinion.
