How do I create such a type of page scrolling effect using CSS? [as in Mailchimp.com/2012]

    Okay so here's the website: mailchimp.com/2012

    I'm taking part in an On-The-Spot Web Design Competition and consider the same webpage layout I've mentioned above. Are there and additional tips from your part regarding the layout or anything else? Do comment.

    I'm fifteen and have the basic knowledge of CSS/HTML..:) Thank You.

    I bet there is a decent amount of JavaScript in this layout.
