I have been on here a couple of times, to ask how to do various things, and found this forum to be a fantastic source of advice..
I have over the last year or so, been hard at work building a site to support my business, and whilst had feedback from friends, family and suppliers, never really asked people who know about web design or are in the know..
So, if you could have a good look at www.summitretreats.com, and let me know your thoughts it would be great..

Its a deep site, 300+ pages, so have a good browse if you feel so inclined.
I would like a little more visual feedback on the submenu list items (it's a personal preference). Perhaps a slighty darker background color to the hover state so I know where I am.
The site is not responsive but if that not something you feel you require then that's OK.
In the footer, is it really necessary that every link starts with 'Luxury Ski Chalets'...you are just supposed to be listing locations. It feels like SEO 'spam' and is visually annoying to me. I'm already at your site, I don't need to be reminded of it.
I certainly understand that the above are personal 'niggles' so please don't take too much in the negative away.

Not bad. The only thing I would suggest is replacing the logo with a higher quality version - it is a bit pixelated.

Same impression than siouxfan45: your logo should be at a higher resolution. Everything else looks good, very clean and organized.
