Not an expert css gal. Just wondering if you could point me into the right direction of promotional flyout from the side.
On this link, they have a purple flyout on right side of screen that lets you hide it. If you click within the flyout, it gives you a promo code.

OK firstly, I'm not seeing a flyout in Chrome...is it only visible if one is logged in?
