I believe that w3schools has absolutely no affiliation with the W3C. They just want you to assume that they do.
And there are many (I'm one of them) who feel that the content on w3schools.com is frequently obsolete, absolutely wrong, and/or missing. IMO, you shouldn't rely on w3schools.com for anything.
Sorry guys for not posting any reply from your answers. I have tried 3wschools and have to admit that there are part in tutorials that is perplex to me. I guess because I'm amateur in any web code.
