prefixcss.com
applies the -ms- prefix to keyframes, is that necessary? I didn't think it was, is it for IE 10 or something?

IE 10 actually has CSS animations fully supported without a prefix required. I'd say they just missed that.

Joshua is correct. You don't need it but do need the unprefixed version.
