Here is something to at least get you started, its 4 am and i just popped this up in about 5 minutes, sorry for the ugliness...I am kinda tired lol...it only uses the red and orange to illustrate moving and basic stacking...
very good Vermaas, thats almost what im looking for. Although what i had in mind was for the stacking order to keep bumping down instead of the top and target switching positions...but thank you for this head start!

basically trying to get the selected container to appear on top of the stack when targeted. In practice, these would be images loaded dynamically.
