my client wants a Facebook like button. so I found the developer Facebook page and made a like button but when I past the code into my page it doesn't show up. it only takes up space, but its invisible?
in the console it says it failed to load resource and points to the facebook page as the problem
what i like is how if you hover on a picture the name is up top... unless you scroll down to bottom. then the name changes location. all i did was toggle a class but i like it
the bottom looks much better now the name hover is cool, but there's a problem, I use a laptop and if i scroll to the middle I can't see the names on either end, maybe a tooltip would work?

got any screenshots or links?
Also, double-check that the URL you used to generate the Facebook button matches the actual URL of the page you are pasting the code into.
i tried using the html5 before with no results.
it gives you to pieces of code. the top is the js sdk no?
the bottom is the div to place in the page.
is it because its not a live site?
does it need to be live? i don't think so?
here Ill give you a link via my dropbox

interesting dropbox has php running....
but you can tell me if you like it or not?
its my second website ever
personally i don't like smothering the page in these widgets but... client gets what client wants...
