Smooth Scrolling Between Links on Single Page Site

Hi, just wondering what everyone's favorite method to achieve smooth scrolling is these days. Most of the ways I've found only work one way or on a single ID (for example: back to top).
On the next site I build I'd like to do something like:

, thanks a lot man, that's perfect, i think i'll make the nav sticky so they dont have to go back to top to navigate the site.
