Blueprint is certainly a popular one. I'm not a big fan in general of frameworks just because I think it can lead to a bunch of bulky and unnecessary styles as well as a general feeling of disconnectedness between you and your CSS. If you really got familiar with it though, and used it project after project, I could see it being helpful.
