Finding a GOOD designer is HARD. I don't know why. I've been searching for eight or so months. I guess the circumstances I'm looking for can be part of the reason, but in general its been slow going.
Some days it seems like designers are a dime a dozen and I should have been a programmer. Other days it feels like there just isn't enough good designers in the world....
