Can't position my wrap in the same place IE FF

    A picture tells a thousand words. My side bar on the left next to my blog that has a title of "Why Upgrade?" is showing up at different heights of the page. It seems about 1/2 inch off between Firefox and Internet Explorer. I made many changes with no help. This is a wordpress blog using a blank style sheet with resets. Here is the link hope someone can help.

    This has been fixed. It worked fine on my main site but when converting it to Wordpress it changed. I removed all the code and started fresh.
