Is there any way of embedding 'Helvetica Nue' as an @fontface web font?
Is it available anywhere for download, i can't seem to find it anywhere?
I know it can be declared as a standard font in CSS that Mac users will see, but then obviously Windows users wont, and it will be rendered with Arial or another Windows sans-serif system font.
Helvetica Neue is not licensed for Web Embedding, so you can not legally us it with @font-face or cufon. Yes, technically you would be able to use it with both of these, BUT, it's not legal. So they can (and will) sue you.

I'm pretty sure Helvetiva Neue is not an Adobe font, it was created by D. Stempel AG, not to be confused with Max Miedinger who created Helvetiva.
