Before you even dive into this, you may want to ask yourself if the development side of things is where you want to go. I know a few designers who really love the front end stuff but can't stand the back end and use services that do that work for you for around $400 to $600.

I personally have found it much more rewarding to learn all that I have, but it's still a good thing to consider.
