Hi,

I've created a one column no sidebar template for my client theme (I used twentten template).
but I can't get the one column to be all over the page.
I've tried to style the container width to lets say 100% but something goes wrong with the widths of the other divs..

What do you mean by "all over the page"? Do you mean for it to expand to the size of the browser?

try putting height:100% on html, body, wrapper or whatever else needs to be as tall as the browser window.

Then refer to this to make the footer stick to the bottom:
