Really cool! Very original menu indeed. One point of feedback: please make your background availlable for bigger screens. Here on 1680x1050 a big part of the right of the screen is yellow. It would be even more beautiful if you have the background bigger...
You could make it fade to the yellowish color on the left site aswell (like you did on the bottom). So it looks better on widescreens. Btw very clean and nice site.
i agree with the comment about the "about us" button, did it in a bit of a rush, so will change that, and the suggestion to fade the background colour.

When you hover over the "about us" it shows about with a underline but leaves the us off.
Anyway i love the background and layout. And the sticky note.
