I think the theme has been structured well, but I don't particularly like the gradient effects on the headers and menu. I would go for either a flat colour, or non-glossy approach.
Again I like the site, but hold back on gradients like the ones you have used here.
Thanks a lot for your comments... I think you're very right on the gradients. It wasn't my choice either. My customer wanted it this way. So, if you can give any hints how to convience them to change this, i would be happy again :D
