Ok, I like the site, and I can see it's filled with a lot of good content however I would recommend changing a few things. First off why not add some sort of footer? Just a Copyright notice or something like that. I can see that you are trying to stay with the feeling of the two-dollar-bill, but I think you could do with a bit of a colour overhaul, change the background colour, and maybe add a bit of extra colour splashes around the pages.
let me know what you think, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
