Hello, I would like to get some guidance as to what is the best way to implement a newsletter sign in system for a website.
My questions revolve around:
• Open source software vs paid ones. • Should I use MySql or just write the emails to a text file. • Do you really need to have the user opt in twice to be on the safe side. • What solution have you implemented and are happy with. • Which have you implemented and is simply the wrong way of doing it. • Any simple tutorials to implement it.
