Just make sure that YOUR stylesheet is listed after the phpBB ones so those rules take precidence. Then, of course, do a bunch of testing. I didn't have to change a whole lot. One thing I noticed is that my Lucida font kinda of took over some random places, but I thought it looked fine so I kept it.
