I like the site. the colors were good. It looked clean and easy to navigate. The images cought my attention also. It looked very proffesional to me. Nice work :D
it looks exactly how a news site should look; clean, simple, easy to naviagate. good job. Just one thing, in Firefox, the text in the footer goes out of the grey box at the bottom slightly
I like mostly everything I saw - one thing I think could be improved is the main logo looks like it is of pretty poor quality. Just looks grainy and fuzzy. It's a small image, use photoshop or whatever to create a sharper, higher quality image.
Also... are the menu items supposed to "disappear" into the background when you hover over them? For me they go white and you can't see them against the white background. This isn't good for usability.
I like the design. Especially the 'top news' block on the left-top is good I think with the javascript integration. People can find the news here fast and clean. Good job!

I only seen this thread cause it was bumped by the runescape selling dude, which is bloody annoying, but....
Looked at you site and as everyone says it is clean and easy to navigate.
However, the white background link bar the text turns white on hover still and vanishes, thats not ideal.
in chrome it looks fine in FF however, your div with the business quote at the top looks as if you have a rounded corners at the top to it, whereas in chrome it looks as if it is just a square block snapped onto the above nav bar which does have a rounded corner at the top (navbar.png)
also your search part is very bland, no description and no visible go button.
Check it out and let me know what you think...
