Converting a Site into a Joolma Template

    How long does it usually take to convert a HTML+CSS tableless site into a joolma template.
    are any other skills required in doing so, such as knowing PHP?

    There is no way to tell how long it would take. It very much depends on the the template. Is php needed? Not sure.

    As chris always mentions on the screencast, you could ofcourse try psd2html. They do templates too, isn't it?
