I am converting my portfolio site to wordpress and right now I have a coming soon page up. I have installed wordpress and am wondering the best route to keep the coming soon page up and develop my wordpress theme. The coming soon page is just a single index file so not sure if the best thing to do is to set it up as theme and use a theme switcher. Not really sure the best route and was hoping for some feedback.
