Your design is solid! I cant say I really like the google adwords at the top of the page though.
A few things I'm thinking though - when I look at it, its quite baffling about whats going on. Maybe a more info friendly homepage would be good, with quick links to some of the awesome ratings features of your site. At the moment I kinda get smacked in the face with a wall of text and that makes me want to leave.
Your menu also has a 10px ish sized gap between the header image and itself - I would either add 10px underneath or remove it all together as it looks likes its kinda slipped or not rendered right :)
