-Sorry for this Way off webdesign topic, think of these as "inspirational websites"-
I miss the internet a la 1997-ish, when the phrase surf meant to randomly click through websites and see what comes up. There are a few ways to do this today, still.
Here's 3 ways of doing it, got any other links to share?
http://www.randomwebsite.com/cgi-bin/random.pl Oldschool, may contain offensive sites. No idea how long this site has been around. http://delicious.com/recent?min=10&random=1 Awesome stuff. But it sorta kinda works more like a blog- or news-stumbler. http://www.stumbleupon.com/toolbar/ Stumbleupon's demo of their toolbar. Loads a random link.
I like the delicious URL that just instantly blasts you away.
http://www.randomwebsite.com/cgi-bin/random.pl does that to, but for some reason it redirects to their homepage when it's opened in a new tab/window. Try pasting it directly ::bookmark:: ;)
