It would seem that you have elected to start with Wordpress (from your previous post and this thread title) rather than getting into the basics of HTML/CSS first.
I highly recommend having a decent understanding of HTML/CSS before leaping into the PHP world of WP.
I'm unsure of your actual level at this point in time but this is a decent early primer.
As for grid systems there are many serving different screen sizes and responsiveness options.
If you proceed down the WP route, it's quite likely that your initial theme will have one built in but you will still need to understand how they work.

I wasn't too clear with the skill I have at the moment. I know how to create Wordpress themes. I've used Wordpress for my projects for the longest. I'm working on a Wordpress theme as I type. I just wanted to do something different and use the grid this time.
