Ok, have I missed the point of the site? I know it is still in development so here are some tips.
1. Your navigational strip needs labels! Even if the labels only appear on roll-over, it would really help.
2. The font for your main header is a bit boring to be honest, you could always spice it up with some sort of graphic?
3. Just to let you know, in my opinion background music on sites just doesn't work. Few sites can pull it off - one that does is http://2advanced.com/ - but then they are at the forefront of their field so...
4.. Finally content! I know, I'm guessing that's because it's still in development, but still.
I do like the general design, but I would try some of the tips above to improve it.
