New here so excuse me if I make any faux-pas.

I've just seen the new parallax bridgestone site (http://www.bridgestonetire.com) amazing! Does anyone know how the delayed scrolling effect works? Or where I could find something similar to study? The bridgestone one is too complex for me to work out what does what!
