I am looking for a way to do the sliding down tabs as in this example without having to use Flash: http://www.youtube.com/user/Australiasoutback?feature=watch. It is the menu with the items "Destinations", "Things to do", ... and the sliding content block under need them that I am talking about.
Anyone willing to put me in the right direction? I guess it must be possible with JQuery in combination with CSS3?
Many thanks for your response, this is really great! Is there a way to make it more smooter in the transitions? I will experiment a bit to get all columns at full width because I really want the tab effect, while this is more dynamic menu effect. Really appreciated your response!

this tutorial from nettuts might set you down the right path: http://net.tutsplus.com/tutorials/html-css-techniques/how-to-build-a-kick-butt-css3-mega-drop-down-menu/
