i have shortlisted these forums softwares ...
please help me choose:--
1) phpBB
2) Simple Machines
I've used phpBB many times and it's great. Which one will work best for you really depends on your specific needs and capabilities.
If you use WordPress for your website, you can install a forum plugin. There are many out there just depends what you're looking for.
We use Vanilla here.
